Templates of Google Docs

I find something quite interesting in Google Docs, that I didn't know about it's existence :P.
From Docs you go to "Create", and choose the last option "From Template" (I don't know if that it's the exactly name, cause I've my Google in spanish :D).

And there are a LOT OF templates to choose, from documents to spreadsheet.
